TROPHY Super D Full Synthetic CK-4 SAE 5W-40 engine oil is engineered for optimal fuel economy, wide temperature range performance and superior protection of all Tier IV and newer model year low emission engines and exhaust after treatment systems. Super D Synthetic has a unique, backward-compatible formulation that provides additional protection for older engines.

Description
Compounded with Group III and Group IV (PAO) base oils provide enhanced oxidation control, reduced consumption, lower deposits, and reduced oil into the emission system. This translates to longer oil life at higher operating temperatures.
Demonstrated in engine and road tests to provide up to 1.2% improved fuel economy, compared to 15W-40 oils.
A high Total Base Number (TBN) and excellent TBN retention means that more combustion contaminants (deposits, soot, acids) can be held in suspension and neutralized during the course of a drain interval.
Super D Synthetic has demonstrated outstanding soot control that exceeds the requirements of older and most new engines. Controlling soot is critical for reducing engine wear and extending engine life.
Exceeds the pumpability requirements of 5W-40 oils, providing improved lubrication to critical engine parts which reduces wear during cold temperature start-ups.
Super D Synthetic is capable for extended drain service with new and older engines using today’s fuels.
