SHIPMATE™ Outboard Two-Cycle Injector Oil (TC-W3)

SHIPMATE™ Outboard Two-Cycle Injector Oil is a blend of carefully selected base oils and ashless detergent additives developed specifically to meet and exceed the NMMA/BIA Designations TC-W3®. Our, state-of-the-art, ashless additive package is specially designed to reduce the growing problems of outboard two-cycle engine deposits which cause piston ring sticking and piston varnish, piston scuffing, bearing wear, exhaust port carbon deposits, plug fouling, pre-ignition, and rusting. The addition of polyisobutylene (PIB) in our SHIPMATE™ blend reduces: smoke, high temperature piston scuffing, and exhaust system deposits. Specially formulated to protect all 2-cycle outboards from the adverse affects of common, low grade "pipeline" gasolines. The continued use of these low quality fuels can add to the build up of piston deposits which interfere with the free ring and piston movement in each cylinder, increasing ring wear and degradation which eventually cause catastrophic engine failure.
SHIPMATE™ Outboard Two-Cycle Injector Oil is recommended for high output outboard two-cycle engines requiring oils 40:1, 50:1 or 100:1 gasoline to oil mixtures; and/or where NMMA/BIA Certified Oils for TC-W, TC-WII or TC-W3 service are required. May also be used as a premix or injector fluid in lower horsepower outboard motors and other small two-cycle engines, at manufacturers recommended gasoline to oil mixtures of less than 50:1 (i.e. 16:1, 24:1, 32:1, 40:1 See Tech Tips Fuel:Oil Ratio Mixing Guide), following owners manual instructions. SHIPMATE™ Outboard Two-Cycle Injector Oil also has application in certain two-cycle motorcycles, snowmobiles, chain saws, lawn care equipment, and other air-cooled two-cycle engines, in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.
SHIPMATE™ Outboard Two-Cycle Injector Oil is pre-diluted for easier mixing, even during severe winter conditions. Proper base oil viscosity makes this oil suitable for pre-mixed fuel whenever the manufacturer recommends either SAE 30 or SAE 40 lubricant. SHIPMATE™ Outboard Two-Cycle Injector Oil passes all misciblity and mixing tests, and is fully approved by the National Marine Manufacturers Association as a premium quality product Certified for TC-W3® Service. SHIPMATE™ MARINE & TRAILER Grease

SHIPMATE™ MARINE & TRAILER Grease is a revolutionary new grease incorporating the latest breakthrough in high-temperature, water-resistant lubricant technology. This advanced technology gives you properties not obtainable from ordinary calcium complex, aluminum complex, lithium and lithium complex greases.
Environmentally Friendly, containing no heavy metals or other harmful or environmentally undesirable additives, such as sulfur, phosphorous, chlorine, zinc, phenols, antimony, barium or lead. Nevertheless, SHIPMATE™ MARINE & TRAILER Grease provides superior mechanical stability, high temperature protection (+500F), and load-carrying properties (Timken OK Load 65+ Llbs) essential for high-speed boat, utility and snowmobile trailer bearings.
In addition, SHIPMATE™ MARINE & TRAILER Grease has exceptional resistance to water and especially, bearing corrosion. ASTM 100,000 stroke tests show no change in consistency even when mixed with 50% water, unlike other premium greases which slump or break down. SHIPMATE™ MARINE & TRAILER Grease will not washout of bearings even under total emersion.

SHIPMATE™ MARINE LOWER UNIT GEAR LUBRICANT

Multi-Purpose SAE 80W-90
Type C SAE 80W
SHIPMATE™ Lower Unit Gear Lubricant SAE 80W-90 provides superior protection against rust, corrosion, deposits, scuffing and wear. The SAE 80W-90 viscosity grade makes it the primary lubrication choice for most of the lower gear case units manufactured today. It is recommended for use in any outboard gear case or inboard/outboard stern drive which specifies a SAE 80W-90 or SAE 90 viscosity grade.
SHIPMATE™ Lower Unit Gear Lubricant TYPE C SAE 80W is recommended for use in all outboards or stern drives which have electric shift mechanisms or other "Type C" applications. It provides superior protection against rust, corrosion, deposits, scuffing and wear.

SHIPMATE™ HIGH PERFORMANCE LOWER UNIT GEAR LUBRICANT
SHIPMATE™ High Performance Lower Unit Gear Lubricant SAE 80W-90 is specially formulated to provide EXTRA PROTECTION against scuffing and wear for extended life for marine stern drives. Also compounded with antirust and corrosion, and reduces deposits. Especially recommended for use in all MerCrusier Alpha One, Bravo One, Bravo Two & Speedmaster Stern Drives. May also be used in outboard gear cases or inboard/outboard stern drives which specifies a SAE 80W-90 or SAE 90 viscosity grade. Note: This gear lube can be used in place of but not mixed with other gear lubes. Dyed blue. Contains Antimony and molybdenum.

SHIPMATE™ FOGGING OIL
SHIPMATE™ Fogging Oil is an aerosol rust and corrosion preventative oil specifically formulated to protect 2- and 4-cycle air- and water-cooled engine's internal surfaces during off-season storage. It can also be used on controls, connectors, linkages, and other parts of 2- and 4-cycle engines.
