STA-VIS Formkote #100 has been manufactured exclusively for the prevention of all types of poured concrete from adhering to the forms. Keeps wood, steel, plastic coated, aluminum, paper, and fiberglass forms free and clean of concrete buildup and rust. It is an amber, nontoxic, light viscous liquid which is laboratory controlled for easy application with commercially available sprayers. It has bland, pleasing odors and is soluble in all proportions with aliphatic, aromatic, or chlorinated solvents. Formkote #100 is a concentrated form of Formkote #7, and should be diluted at 10:1 with solvent, kerosene or diesel fuel.

STA-VIS Heat Transfer Oil is special blend of solvent refined, paraffinic base oils, containing effective oxidation, rust, and corrosion inhibitors. Its excellent resistance to oxidation minimizes the formation of sludge, tar, and coke deposits which interfere with fluid circulation and efficient heat transfer. Low pressure minimizes fluid loss due to evaporation, vapor locks, and hazards of flammability; and is non-corrosive to aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, and steel.

STA-VIS PAR 189B – 5 Gallon Pail
STA-VIS PAR 189B is a corrosion inhibitor designed for the manufacture of non-staining, dry to the touch, rust preventive with water displacing properties and fingerprint suppression. STA-VIS PAR 189B contains oxidized wax based off barium. Method of application may be by dip, spray or brush at normal room temperature. Once applied, a tenacious film bonds to the metal, preventing black rust from forming if the metal parts are touching in storage. Can easily be removed with standard cleaning practices.

STA-VIS STA-KOOL Heavy Duty 110 is a heavy duty water emulsifiable cutting and grinding fluid. It is designed to fit the all-purpose needs of both large and small plant operations. Emulsions will not stain common cast and extruded grades of aluminum. Additives provide excellent tool life and finishes that have traditionally only been associated with straight cutting oils. Combining the good features of a compounded cutting oil with those of regular water emulsions produce a fluid with maximum cooling ability, excellent lubricity and anti-wear properties.
